General Definition

1.1 Ganga7 refers to the company and all of its products that are available “online” (via www.ganga7.com, accessible on a computer or laptop) and “mobile app” (through a mobile device, such as a tablet or smartphone), among other related URLs. Sports, Live Betting, Virtuals, Casinos, Games, and Live Casinos are all included.

1.2 Bet is a risk-driven agreement for prospective winnings entered into between the consumer and the bookmaker based on specified rules, the outcome of which is determined by an unknown occurrence. Bets are accepted under the terms set by the bookmaker.

1.3 An outcome is the result of the event you bet on.

General Terms

2.1 The following people cannot place bets:  
– Anyone under 18 years old;
– Those involved in the event being bet on (e.g., players, coaches, referees, club owners, or managers), including their representatives or associates;
– Individuals working for other bookmakers;
– Anyone legally restricted from making contracts with bookmakers. 

2.2 Using the website and its products may be illegal in some countries. We do not support using our site for sports betting, gambling, or any other activities in places where they are against the law.

2.3 The availability of our website in a country or in its official language does not mean we authorize or provide legal grounds for using our site, depositing funds, or withdrawing winnings there. Access to the website does not constitute an offer, encouragement, or invitation to participate in betting, gambling, or other services in places where such activities are illegal.

2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that using the website is legal in your location. When creating an account or using our site, you must confirm that your actions comply with local laws. We are not liable for any consequences if you face legal issues due to using the website in your area.

2.5 The bookmaker can refuse bets from customers who don’t follow the rules. They may also reject any bets that violate societal norms or public order.

2.6 The bookmaker can refuse any bet without providing a reason. All bets will be settled according to the data from the processing center.

2.7 A bet is considered won if the predicted outcomes are correct. Winnings will be paid to the bettor as soon as the official results of the event on the bet slip are published.

2.8 Betting terms (such as odds, handicaps, totals, and maximum stake limits) may change after a bet is placed, but the terms at the time of the bet will remain unchanged. Customers should check for any updates in the pre-match markets before placing a bet.

2.9 If an employee makes a mistake when accepting a bet (e.g., misprints in event listings, inconsistent odds, or if the bet violates the rules), or if there are any signs that the bet is incorrect, the bookmaker has the right to void the bet.

2.10 If a technical issue or other circumstances prevent the settlement of an event, the bookmaker has the right to void the bet.

2.11 If the odds are obviously incorrect, the bet will be settled based on the final result at the correct odds for that market.

2.12 If there are suspicions of unsportsmanlike conduct in a match, the company reserves the right to block bets on the event until an international organization makes a final ruling. If the match is found to be unsportsmanlike, the bets will be declared invalid. The administration is not required to provide evidence or conclusions to customers.

2.13 Ganga7 is committed to fair play in sports. The bookmaker can void bets if foul play is suspected or confirmed (e.g., match-fixing), if bets are placed using another customer’s account, if a third party uses a customer’s account without authorization, or if there is any unusual betting activity (e.g., irregularities in the type, size, volume, or manner of bets).

2.14 Ganga7 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our platform. 2.15 A connection failure while receiving a bet confirmation will not result in the cancellation of the bet.

General Betting Rules

3.1 The bookmaker sets the minimum and maximum stakes for each selection individually, with maximum stake limits differing by sport and event.

3.2 The company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake and odds on certain markets and may adjust these limits for individual customers without notice or explanation.

3.3 A bet is considered accepted once it is registered on the server and confirmed online. After registration, bets cannot be changed or canceled.

3.4 Bets are only accepted for amounts that do not exceed the current balance in the customer’s account. Once registered, the stake is deducted, and the winnings are credited to the account after settlement.

3.5 Bets are accepted before the event starts, with the date, start time, and commentary in the Sports section being approximate. Bets placed after the event begins are void, except for in-play (live) bets, which remain valid until the match ends.

3.6 If bets are settled incorrectly (e.g., due to a mistake in entering results), they will be recalculated. However, bets placed between the incorrect settlement and recalculation will still be considered valid.

3.7 A sports event is not considered rescheduled or canceled unless it is officially announced by the event organizer or relevant authorities.

3.8 A bet will be canceled if the customer intentionally provides false information or makes misleading requests related to betting, payouts, event results, or any other details.

3.9 A bet will be canceled if placed on a known outcome after the event has concluded but before the results are updated.

3.10 The mercy rule ends a game earlier than scheduled when one team has a significant lead in goals, points, etc., surpassing a specified score. The required point difference for the mercy rule to apply is set by the organizer for each competition.

3.11 SP (Starting Price) refers to the initial odds set at the start of a race, averaged from the odds provided by the organizers. If a competitor withdraws or doesn’t participate before the event begins and no new SP market is created, all bets on that competitor will be void and settled at odds of 1.00.

User Qualifications

4.1 Individuals must be 18 or older or meet the legal gambling age in their country or jurisdiction.

4.2 Gambling must be legal in the customer’s place of residence.

4.3 Anyone knowingly violating Sections 4.1 and 4.2, including: 
– Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to hide or alter their actual location;
– Providing false or misleading information about their location or residence;
– Placing bets through a third party,
will be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. These actions may be considered fraud and could lead to criminal prosecution.

4.4 Individuals must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4.5 You cannot participate in Ganga7 if you or a household member has worked for the Operator or its service providers within the past three years.

4.6 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Ganga7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Ganga7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account. Ganga7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

Accounts/Bonuses/Payments

5.1 Each registered user is allowed only one account, and it’s important to keep your registration details up to date.

5.2 You must keep your password and the credit card or financial card number used for withdrawals confidential.

5.3 We may suspend, close, or terminate your account at our discretion. Transferring funds between accounts is not allowed, and users cannot sell, transfer, or acquire accounts from others. To close your account, contact customer support.

5.4 The deposit amount depends on the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to conduct verification checks with third-party credit agencies for all cardholders based on the information provided during registration.

5.5 All withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposits. To request a withdrawal, you must roll over your deposit at least once. 8.5 “Fraudulent practice” refers to any deceptive actions by you or someone acting on your behalf or in collusion with you. This includes but is not limited to:

– Colluding with others for unfair advantage;

8.6 “Criminal activity” includes, but is not limited to, money laundering and any violation of laws or regulations in the country where you are playing or where your IP address is registered.

8.7 “Unfair advantage” refers to actions such as:
– Exploiting faults, loopholes, or errors in our software or third-party software used with the Services (including games);
– Using third-party software or analysis tools.

8.8 When enforcing our rights under paragraph 8.4 regarding a Prohibited Practice, we will make every reasonable effort to act fairly towards you and other customers while adhering to regulatory and legal obligations.

8.9 We reserve the right to notify relevant authorities, other gaming or gambling operators, online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers, or financial institutions about your identity and any suspected Prohibited Practices. You are required to cooperate fully with us during such investigations.

Anti Money Laundering

9.1 Ganga7 actively combats money laundering and illegal activities. If user deposits are suspected of being linked to unlawful actions, the company will report to authorities, freeze the funds, and adhere to its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

– Acquiring property through illegal activities conducted in another country.  

9.3 To prevent illegal money from entering the economy, many countries take active measures to combat money laundering.

9.4 When opening an account, you commit to the following obligations:
– Agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering (AML) policies;
– Confirm that the funds used for past, present, or future deposits are not connected to any illegal sources or the laundering of unlawfully obtained income, as prohibited by applicable laws or directives from international organizations;

9.5 The company reserves the right to suspend a user at any time if there are grounds to suspect a connection to money laundering or criminal activity. Self Exclusion

During the self-exclusion period, your account will remain closed. Once the period ends, you may resume using the services on the website.

Dispute Resolution

15.1 If a disagreement arises between the Customer and the Bookmaker regarding the fulfillment of a betting arrangement, such as payouts, outcomes, or other terms, including declaring the arrangement void or unconcluded, the Customer agrees to resolve the dispute by submitting a complaint to the Bookmaker.

15.2 To address any claimed violation of their rights, the Customer must submit a written complaint to our customer support team as part of the resolution process.

15.3 Customers must submit complaints within 72 hours of becoming aware, or when they reasonably should have become aware, of any rights violations. Complaints must include supporting documents; those without sufficient grounds will be returned without review.

15.4 The Customer Support Team will provide a detailed response following the submission of a complaint. If additional information from the Customer is required, the response period may be extended accordingly.

15.5 In cases where conflicting results for the same event are reported by multiple sources due to apparent errors, the Company reserves the right to determine the final result for bet settlement. For unique or disputable situations, the final decision will be made by the Bookmaker.

15.6 For disputes concerning the company’s services, customers are required to initially seek resolution directly with the company. In such cases, the platform’s interpretation of the issue will be considered final and binding.
